How Commission Orders Work
1. Initial Details:
• Send me a message through email ([email protected]) with a detailed description of what you want. Feel free to include visual references or examples to help me understand your vision.
• Be sure to include details such as size, colors, style, and any other important elements for the artwork.
2. Quotation:
• After I receive your request, I’ll send you a quote based on the details you’ve provided. The price will depend on factors like size, complexity, and materials involved.
3. Deposit and Sketch:
• Before I start working on the sketch, I require a 50% deposit to secure your commission. This deposit is non-refundable.
• Each draft or sketch revision will come with an additional fee, which will be outlined in the quote. Additional changes beyond the initial approval will also incur extra charges.
4. Design Approval:
• After receiving the deposit, I’ll send you the first sketch for your review. You can make adjustments or provide feedback to ensure the design meets your expectations.
• Any additional changes to the sketch beyond the first revision will be subject to extra charges.
5. Completion Time:
• The time it takes to complete your commission depends on the type of project and my current workload. I’ll provide an estimated completion time before I begin.
6. Final Payment and Delivery:
• After the design is finalized and approved, the remaining balance will be due before I proceed with shipping or delivery. Once the full payment is received, I’ll send your commission. If it’s a physical piece, I’ll ship it via [shipping method].
